I used the application is called Adobe After Effects CC 2018.

This is the start window.

Then go the new project.

This the After Effects project is a blank project.

Then click in the new composition button.

This comes up leaves this a preset setting.

Then click on press ok this composition setting.

 

 

This is a timeline of Adobe After Effects.

This is a toolbar.

 

Click on text ⌘CMD + T

 

Then add effect on the text.

Going to add effect on the text effect.

 

Click on animation presets.

 

Click on text to animate in.

 

Click on fade up words.

 

You are done the effects on the text.

You can export it if you want.
